Prepared with Carnaroli rice produced by Azienda Agricola Tenuta Castello Desana (Vc). The rice dishes are all prepared with natural vegetable broth and creamed with butter and Parmigiano when the recipe requires it, so it is "recommended" to say no more grated Parmesan not to change the flavor.
